Refund Policy
This policy explains Primal Research LLC’s final-sale and no-refund terms, including the limited circumstances involving a verified order error, non-delivery, or remedy required by law.

Final-Sale and No-Refund Policy
Every completed purchase from Primal Research LLC is final. We do not provide refunds, returns, exchanges, store credit, or price adjustments because a purchaser changes their mind or no longer wants or needs the product.
Purchasers are responsible for reviewing the product code, physical-article specifications, quantity, price in USD, available documentation, research-use restrictions, and shipping information before completing checkout.
Refunds Are Not Available For
- Buyer’s remorse or a change of mind
- A change in the purchaser’s research plans
- Ordering the wrong article, quantity, or vial size
- Failure to review the product specifications before ordering
- Finding a different price after purchase
- Requests for a price adjustment or promotional difference
- Refusing or failing to claim an otherwise correct shipment
- Providing an inaccurate or incomplete shipping address
- Opening, using, altering, transferring, or reselling a product
- Using a product contrary to its research-use restriction
No Physical Returns
Primal Research LLC does not accept physical product returns. Products must not be mailed, shipped, or otherwise returned unless Primal Research LLC provides specific written instructions.
Sending a product back without written authorization does not create refund eligibility and the package may be refused.
Verified Order Problems
The no-refund policy does not prevent a customer from reporting a verified fulfillment or payment problem, including:
- The wrong item was shipped
- An item was missing from the shipment
- The sealed item arrived visibly damaged
- The shipment was confirmed lost or was not shipped as agreed
- A duplicate or incorrect charge was processed
- Primal Research LLC canceled the order after collecting payment
- A refund or other remedy is required by applicable law
Depending on the verified circumstances, an eligible resolution may include replacement, correction of the order, reversal of an incorrect charge, or a refund when required or approved.
Reporting an Order Problem
Incorrect, damaged, or missing-item claims must be reported within 7 calendar days after the carrier records the shipment as delivered.
The request should include:
- Your full name and order number
- The email address used to place the order
- A detailed description of the problem
- The article code and lot number when available
- Clear photographs of the product, label, packaging, shipping container, and visible damage when relevant
Damaged or Compromised Packages
Do not mail a leaking, broken, visibly compromised, or otherwise unsafe package. Keep the product and all original packaging while the issue is reviewed and follow any written instructions provided by Primal Research LLC.
Approved Exception Refunds
If an exception refund is approved or legally required, it will be submitted only to the original payment method used for the transaction.
Primal Research LLC will not issue a refund to a different card, bank account, payment method, or person. The payment provider and financial institution determine when the credit appears.
Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable for a correctly fulfilled order, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Standard shipping charges may be included in an approved exception when the entire order qualifies because of verified non-delivery, merchant error, or another legally required circumstance.
Orders Not Yet Fulfilled
If an order has not entered packing, fulfillment, or shipment, review the Order Cancellation Policy.
An order is not canceled until Primal Research LLC sends written cancellation confirmation.
Shipping Delays and Non-Delivery
If an order cannot be shipped within the promised timeframe, customers will receive any delay notice, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law.
A package marked delivered but not located may require a carrier investigation before a resolution is approved.
Rights Required by Law
Nothing in this policy removes or limits a customer right or merchant obligation that cannot legally be waived. Where applicable law requires a refund or another remedy, Primal Research LLC will provide the required remedy.
Research-Use Restrictions
Products are offered exclusively for lawful laboratory, analytical, in-vitro, or scientific research. They are not offered for human consumption, veterinary use, medical use, or another consumer application.
