Order Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when an order may be canceled and how to submit a cancellation request to Primal Research LLC.

Cancellation requests must be submitted before an order enters packing, fulfillment, or shipment. Submitting a request does not guarantee cancellation.

Requesting a Cancellation

To request cancellation, email Primal Research LLC as soon as possible. Your request must include:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The email address used to place the order
  • A clear statement requesting cancellation

When an Order Can Be Canceled

An order may be canceled only if the request is received, reviewed, and approved before the order enters packing, fulfillment, or shipment.

Orders that have already been packed, fulfilled, transferred to a carrier, or shipped cannot be canceled.

Submitting a Request Does Not Cancel the Order

An order remains active until Primal Research LLC sends written confirmation that the cancellation has been approved.

An automatic email acknowledgment or support-ticket response does not constitute cancellation approval.

Orders Already Shipped

Orders already transferred to a shipping carrier cannot be canceled. Any eligible resolution is governed by the Refund Policy and Returns and Process Policy.

Do not refuse or return a shipment without first receiving written instructions from Primal Research LLC.

Approved Cancellation Refunds

If cancellation is approved after payment has been authorized or captured, any eligible refund will be submitted to the original payment method.

The payment provider and customer’s financial institution determine how long the credit takes to appear.

Order Changes

Requests to change products, quantities, billing information, or delivery information are not guaranteed.

Depending on the order status, Primal Research LLC may require cancellation of the original order and placement of a new order.

Address Changes

Address-change requests must be submitted before packing or shipment and may require purchaser or payment verification.

Once a carrier has received the package, address changes may be unavailable or subject to the carrier’s rules and charges.

Cancellations by Primal Research LLC

Primal Research LLC may decline, hold, or cancel an order when:

  • Purchaser certification cannot be verified
  • Account or identity information is incomplete or inaccurate
  • Payment authorization fails or appears suspicious
  • The requested product becomes unavailable
  • The shipping destination cannot be approved
  • The intended use appears prohibited
  • The transaction may violate applicable law or policy

Merchant-Initiated Refunds

If Primal Research LLC cancels an order after collecting payment, the eligible amount will be returned to the original payment method unless another result is required by applicable law.

Shipping Delays

If an order cannot be shipped within the promised timeframe, customers will receive any delay notice, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law.

Research-Use Restrictions

Products are offered exclusively for lawful laboratory, analytical, in-vitro, or scientific research. They are not offered for human consumption, veterinary use, medical use, or another consumer application.
