Required Purchaser Certifications

By requesting research access or placing an order, the purchaser certifies each of the following statements:

1. Age and legal eligibility: I am at least 21 years old and legally authorized to create this account and complete the requested transaction.
2. Qualified research purpose: I am purchasing exclusively for lawful laboratory, analytical, in-vitro, or scientific research and not for personal, household, or consumer use.
3. No human use: I will not consume, administer, apply, provide, or use any product in or on a human.
4. No veterinary use: I will not consume, administer, apply, provide, or use any product in or on an animal.
5. No prohibited purpose: I will not use any product for medical treatment, diagnosis, prevention, mitigation, cure, performance enhancement, cosmetic use, food use, or another consumer application.
6. Product documentation: I will review available physical-article specifications, lot information, COA/SDS documentation, labeling, and applicable restrictions before beginning lawful research.
7. Qualified facilities and authorization: I am responsible for using appropriate qualified facilities and for obtaining any required institutional authorization, permit, license, registration, or approval.
8. Legal compliance: I will comply with all applicable federal, state, local, destination, customs, import, export, sanctions, and institutional requirements.
9. No unlawful transfer or diversion: I will not unlawfully resell, transfer, export, reexport, divert, or distribute products to an unqualified or prohibited party, destination, end user, or end use.
10. Accurate information: All account, purchaser, organization, intended-use, payment, and destination information I provide is accurate, current, and complete.
11. Verification: I understand that Primal Research LLC may request additional information or documentation to verify purchaser eligibility and legal compliance.
12. Order review: I understand that Primal Research LLC may restrict access, hold, decline, or cancel an order when eligibility, intended use, identity, payment, destination, or compliance cannot be adequately verified.

Certification Records

Primal Research LLC may maintain records showing the purchaser, account, order, date, time, certification version, and affirmative acknowledgment associated with an access request or transaction.

A purchaser may be required to complete the certification again when the certification language changes, account information changes, or additional verification is reasonably required.
