Research-Use Restriction

All products offered by Primal Research LLC are sold exclusively for lawful laboratory, analytical, in-vitro, or scientific research by qualified purchasers.

Products are not offered for human consumption, human administration, veterinary use, medical treatment, diagnosis, prevention, mitigation, cure, performance enhancement, cosmetic use, food use, or any other consumer application.

Purchaser Eligibility

A purchaser must be at least 21 years old, legally authorized to complete the transaction, and acting for a qualified and lawful research purpose.

Primal Research LLC may require account information, purchaser certification, organizational information, intended-use information, permits, or other documentation before allowing catalog access or accepting an order.

Shipping Destinations

Orders are accepted only for destinations expressly enabled and approved through our checkout and order-review process. The appearance of a country, state, territory, or address option at checkout does not guarantee that an order will be accepted.

Primal Research LLC does not knowingly ship to a destination where the transaction, product, purchaser, recipient, intended use, or delivery would violate applicable federal, state, local, foreign, sanctions, customs, or export-control requirements.

Export, Reexport, and Transfer Restrictions

Products may not be exported, reexported, transferred, resold, diverted, or supplied to another person or destination in violation of United States law or the laws of the destination.

Purchasers may not use a freight forwarder, reshipper, intermediary, alternate consignee, or false delivery information to avoid purchaser verification, destination restrictions, sanctions, licensing requirements, or other legal controls.

Restricted Parties and Prohibited Transactions

Orders will not knowingly be accepted when a purchaser, recipient, consignee, intermediary, beneficial owner, destination, or other transaction party is prohibited or restricted under applicable sanctions or export-control laws.

No purchaser may order on behalf of a restricted party or for a prohibited end use. Primal Research LLC may screen transaction parties against applicable United States government restricted-party and sanctions information.

Import Permits, Customs, and Destination Laws

International purchasers must determine whether import permits, licenses, registrations, customs documents, taxes, duties, or institutional approvals are required at the destination before placing an order.

Customer responsibility does not remove any independent legal obligation of Primal Research LLC. An order may be declined when required authorization or destination legality cannot be verified.

Verification, Holds, and Cancellations

Primal Research LLC may request additional information, place an order on hold, restrict account access, decline a transaction, or cancel an order when purchaser eligibility, intended use, destination, payment, identity, licensing, or legal compliance cannot be adequately verified.

Attempting to provide false information or evade a restriction may result in order cancellation and loss of account access.

Changing Legal Requirements

Sanctions, export controls, restricted-party lists, and destination requirements change over time. Primal Research LLC may update available shipping destinations, verification procedures, or transaction restrictions without prior notice when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable requirements.
