Account Security

Product information is provided for physical article identification, purchasing, documentation, and research recordkeeping. Information may include catalogue code, identity information, purity specification, quantity, physical form, packaging, lot information, and COA availability.

Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase and does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted only after verification, confirmation, and approval for fulfillment.

Payments are processed through the payment provider displayed at checkout. Primal Research LLC does not intentionally store complete payment-card details.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are subject to the posted Shipping Policy. Customers must provide accurate delivery information and ensure that an authorized recipient can receive the shipment.

Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. Products are not returnable, and Primal Research LLC does not provide discretionary refunds, exchanges, or credits for completed sales.

This does not remove any remedy required by applicable law or an available remedy for a verified incorrect, missing, damaged, or undelivered order.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation may be requested before an order enters packing, fulfillment, shipment preparation, or carrier possession. A request is not effective unless Primal Research LLC confirms the cancellation in writing.

Research-Use and Export Restrictions

Products may not be ordered, shipped, transferred, resold, re-exported, received, or used in violation of applicable law, sanctions, restricted-party requirements, destination restrictions, or the certified research purpose.

Approval of a previous order does not guarantee approval of a later transaction.
