Order Cancellation Policy
This policy explains when an order may be canceled and how to submit a cancellation request to Primal Research LLC.

Requesting a Cancellation
To request cancellation, email Primal Research LLC as soon as possible. Your message must include:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- The email address used to place the order
- A clear statement requesting cancellation
When an Order Can Be Canceled
An order may be canceled only if the request is received and reviewed before the order enters packing, fulfillment, or shipment.
Orders that have already been packed, fulfilled, transferred to a carrier, or shipped cannot be canceled. Those orders are subject to the published Refund Policy and applicable return restrictions.
Cancellation Confirmation
An order is not canceled until Primal Research LLC sends written confirmation. An automatically generated support acknowledgment does not constitute approval of a cancellation.
If cancellation is approved after payment has been authorized or captured, any eligible refund will be returned to the original payment method.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method. The time required for the credit to appear depends on the payment provider and the customer’s financial institution.
Original shipping charges or other nonrecoverable costs may be excluded where permitted by applicable law and disclosed before purchase.
Changes to an Order
Requests to change products, quantities, or delivery information are not guaranteed. Depending on the order status, Primal Research LLC may require cancellation of the original order and placement of a new order.
Cancellations by Primal Research LLC
Primal Research LLC may decline, hold, or cancel an order when purchaser certification, payment, inventory, shipping destination, intended use, identity, or legal compliance cannot be verified.
If Primal Research LLC cancels an order after collecting payment, the eligible amount will be returned to the original payment method unless otherwise required by law.
Research-Use Restrictions
Products are offered exclusively for lawful laboratory, analytical, in-vitro, and scientific research. They are not offered for human or veterinary use or any consumer application.
